Add a progress dashboard showing streak count, weight trend, and energy level self-reports — store locally first, sync to Firebase later. 4. Set up Stripe + Flutterwave payment for weekly/monthly subscriptions; offer 7-day free trial to every new user. 5. Launch to a tight Discord/Telegram community of 200–500 early adopters, collect feedback, iterate on retention (optimize email cadence and streak mechanics).
