Create a simple web app (React + Mapbox or OpenStreetMap) where dispatch teams input start/end points and get 3–5 route options ranked by time and cost. 3. Add SMS or USSD fallback so operators without smartphones can request routes via text; integrate Africastalking or Termii for two-way messaging. 4. Launch pilot with 3–5 mid-sized logistics or transport companies; charge per active vehicle or per route query (pay-as-you-go model). 5. Build admin dashboard showing fleet utilization, cost savings, and time saved; use this data to upsell annual contracts at 5–10× the pilot price.
